Not a runback per se, I played DS1 again after 10 years so it was practically a blind playthrough and trying to get to seath over the invisible bridges with no messages to help made me almost give up beating the game again

I am once again reminded about how much I wanted to be a soldier, and the breakdown I had when my third and final attempt to join was blocked on medical grounds, banning me from ever attempting to join again.

Mums boyfriend passed away last night. He was an absolute legend and beautiful soul. Seeing hundreds of people from every place he touched say they will attend his funeral makes me want to approach life differently. Introversion be damned if you aren't the sun in peoples lives.
