MAGA and MAGA-adjacent hatred of things like the Barbie movie and AVATAR is actually a useful decoder ring for why the party failed so historically in the 2022 elections. They don’t even pretend anymore to try to figure out what is popular in this country
Watching BARBIE for the first time and I hate to admit it but beyond the artistic merit of the movie I am getting preemptive pleasure out of watching it imagining the number of media conservatives at outlets all called like The Weekly Download who bought tickets to it & then started yelling at it

1. dig hole as deep as you can before get bored
