A building under construction. Lots of scaffolding and greebly bits surrounding an exposed concrete structure. The color is a bit saturated making everything in orange pop out extremely aggressively.

While I'm posting old pictures from around the city
Looking up through the gap in a cluster of towers from the courtyard area between them. Wires zigzag between the buildings. There's a fun sense of verticality and spaces built over other spaces. Looking down an outdoor with tightly-packed storefronts. A building is partly covering the walkway with angled flying buttresses holding it up forming a sort of brutalist-future arcade (in the architectural sense)

One thing I like about this city is that sometimes it feels like I'm in Portland and sometimes I feel like I'm in Mexico. And both parts are cool and interesting

There are pedestrianized areas and storefronts, but some are partially hidden by plants. It sorta feels like Portland, Oregon. A photo down a different, much narrower street in Córdoba, AR. The emphasis of this picture is on the dry, densely-built feeling of it. A lot of wires zigzag overhead midway down the street. Most of the buildings are one or two stories, with a few six-story buildings. Very little vegetation is present except in the distant background. A lot of the buildings are somewhat dilapidated or graffitied. The sidewalks are very narrow.

I fucking hate the shit that the NYT promotes, like, no, trans issues are in fact *very* consequential, but I don't think any of the assholes literally parroting fascist propaganda are particularly worried about needing to flee the fucking country or else be thrown into fucking concentration camps.

I know the Canadian offer to take the west coast was a joke but I honestly think that a lot of people here in Cascadia would be more or less fine with it. We have more in common with Canada than the United States and we'd at least get healthcare out of it.

My fursona, a female Siamese cat with a messy asymmetrical undercut and mint-green hair. It has glowing blue stripes around the neck and sides of the head. An opossum astronaut on a spacewalk to repair a satellite. The opossum has green hair. They're holding onto a robotic arm with their tail. They're surrounded by a field of debris and other satellites. A cutaway diagram of a moon base from an alternate history projects. The base consists of four large landers where the fuel tanks were emptied and replaced with habitats for astronauts to live and work. It's covered by a large inflatable shield to protect it from radiation; the shield is similar in structure to a quonset hut. Diagram of a fictional jet-powered fighter aircraft. It has two large jet engines in the wing roots, and an integrated gun pod on each wing. It also has two large cannons integrated in the nose, just under the cockpit. The wings are angled slightly downwards, and the tail has two stabilators angled about 45 degrees. Panel lines and structural elements are very visible.
