Found these photos I took back in September while on a walk with my Mom 🐍

Yesterday was a perfect autumn day in the Pacific Northwest, such dramatic lighting🍂

Fan art- When I saw that @erikaishii.bsky.social was in Ghost of Yotei and there were WOLVES IN IT, I knew I had to jump onboard this franchise. I started playing Ghost of Tsushima a month ago and have just competed the whole thing including the DLC. This weekend I start Yotei!!

Augh. Normally I don't work rant but man, it's been so frustrating dealing with this when we're already so short staffed.

Nail trims take away appointments from patients who actually need veterinary care, such as blood work, fluids, etc. Attempting to add on a nail trim when you're there for medical visit also takes time away from other patients in the clinic needing actual care. It's not convenient for anyone but you.

Please stop wasting your veterinary clinic's time on nail trims. Do it yourself or take your animal to a groomer. They don't do well with nail trims? Great! We have drugs for that. Pick them up then rinse and repeat. The only animal I want to see for a nail trim is one that requires sedation.

Testosterone also helped me in this way, it was too easy for me to feel overwhelmed and cry or get angry or fearful. Strong emotions always felt more intense back then. With testosterone my emotions are stable and I've never felt more calm or level headed.
