Diversity is a good thing! It is so simple. Diversity of people means diverse ideas, experiences, and problem solving skills. It means more options for solutions.
Without diversity, you end up with a bunch of the same people screaming into the echo chamber about the same thing and no fixes.

My dog stole and ate half a loaf of gluten-free bread. She's now staying overnight with the ER vet while they monitor and provide supportive care. Apparently, gluten-free bread causes significantly worse bloating issues than regular bread. My sweet girl has emergency medical care level flatulance.
