What did Valerie need the custom scuba gear for?

MFF WINTER WEATHER CAR GUIDE:
• have a pair of REAL SHOES with socks at least in the car
• the lower the temp, the harder it is for a car battery to start the car. Know your battery age & have jumper cables.
• extremely cold air leads to reduced tire pressure. A $15 car air compressor is a good idea
