Im already neurodivergent and on top of that I have developed ptsd and debilitating anxiety. I’m tired of trying my best because it honestly doesn’t seem good enough.

No one takes me seriously when I try to describe burn out. It’s not that I don’t want to I physically cant. That’s why I have been trying to find ways I can still do what I need to do from home. I’m not sitting and doing nothing.
