Learn to let go. As much as we wish to change this, we must accept some things for the time being. To do this find things you enjoy and do those things. What makes you happy is what matters. Spend time with those you love, things you love, pets, places, projects, activities and get plenty of rest.
This is correct.
Everything is dumb and terrible, and it's gonna be dumb and terrible for a while. It’s important to do what you can to make it less dumb and terrible, and it's important to find a way make some contentment for yourself in spite of everything being dumb and terrible.
