Jose Neri Jalomos, 52, a Border Patrol Agent at the Hebbronville, TX station, pleaded no contest in October 2014 to molesting a 14-year-old girl. Jalomos also married a 16-year-old girl in 1996 while serving as a Border Patrol agent.

Armando Gonzalez, 45, a Border Patrol supervisor from San Diego, was sentenced on Dec 15, 2015 to 21 months in prison after admitting to placing a hidden camera in a floor drain of the women’s restroom at the Chula Vista Border Patrol Station to film naked women then lying about it to investigators.

Joseph Taunton, 44, a Corrections Officer at the LaSalle Federal Detention Facility (operated by GEO Group), was sentenced on Jul 29, 2011 to only 10 months in prison for sexual abuse after entering the cell of a victim who was awaiting deportation to Mexico and forcing them to perform a sex act.

Ernesto Padron, a Border Patrol Agent from Brownsville, TX, was arrested in 2010 for possession of CSAM. A case backlog meant the statute of limitations expired before he could be tried. In 2020 Padron was hired at a Texas migrant shelter where he worked directly with unaccompanied migrant children

Anthony John Crowley, 52, a Customs and Border Protection officer from Minnetonka, MN, was arrested in June 2025 for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material depicting a minor under the age of 12. Crowley was sentenced YESTERDAY (Jan 29th, 2026) to 71 months in prison.

Rodolfo Zuniga, a Border Patrol Agent from San Diego, CA, was sentenced in 2013 for possession of child sexual abuse material and theft of government property. Zuniga was arrested again in 2018 after moving to Laredo, TX and failing to register as a sex offender as required by law.

What if you heard about a German citizen in 1939, who kicked a car driven by Gestapo agents and was murdered by them several weeks later? Would you consider him a criminal or a hero?
News Movement posted this video of Alex Pretti on Jan 13, showing him spitting at ICE agents and kicking their taillight.

Now conservatives are suggesting this changes things.

That would mean they are suggesting he deserved to be target of an extrajudicial execution.

The video changes nothing.
