Fissures in both thumbs. Do you get those? Between metalsmithing and cold weather…also, they really hurt like hell. Tiny little cuts pack a wallop. Barely knock or touch them and it’s 😖

I’m tired. Physically and emotionally. I might have to check out for a couple days. Well unless something outrageous occurs, as it tends to do if not hourly, certainly daily. I’m burned out. I’ve used up all of my energy.

I worked at my bench for most of the day until 9pm after being in the car this AM. My back was angry. Hips crazy tight. So, before bed, lots of hip flexor, glute, hamstring stretching. I like to listen to this while stretching. It’s calming and methodical.
