Every time I put my weighted blanket on the bed after laundry, i ask it aloud, "are you square???" And then rotate it three times until I understand where the long side is.

I've had a few days off because I worked extra last week, and I have walked the dog every day and it feels like a huge success and sort of a return to myself. My bedroom is a mess and I haven't done laundry or unpacked luggage from travel last week, but the quality rest has been top notch.

Listen, I KNOW grapefruit juice inhibits my SSRIs, but sometimes I let my moods go a little weird so I can have the juice.
