What I think is interesting about the high number of Fallout 4 settlement vids is that there's a real focus on working with the limitations of each site and because the gameplay is (outside of Survival mode) fairly light, it's much more vibes/aesthetics-based.
When I was a kid my dad watches "this old house" regularly, appointment viewing. I hated it and couldn't understand why anyone would enjoy it.
I currently have probably hundreds of hours spent watching fallout 4 settlement build tutorials
