Junge Kolleg:innen, die heute in der Klinik anfangen, sind nicht zu beneiden.
Es findet kaum Ausbildung statt. Berufsanfänger:innen werden in Hochrisikoabteilungen alleine gelassen. Das war schon immer so, aber seit 1-2 Jahren hat das nochmal eine andere Qualität.
Die Lücken kann niemand stopfen.

Junge Kolleg:innen, die heute in der Klinik anfangen, sind nicht zu beneiden.

I see the administration is following JD Vance‘s advice to pull an Andrew Jackson and to defy the courts. Pivotal moment. Here’s the executive branch basically saying „fuck the courts“. It’s the end of democracy.

this appears to be based entirely on subscriptions for Politico Pro that many govt agencies pay for. but it doesn't matter, this is now fact for roughly half the country for eternity and will be used to do whatever they want.
