I live in no lower MI. Grew up here, but lived in Boston for many yrs. I believe that humanity is going thru a profound change for the better. The real protestors are FOTUS & his admin, putting up a fight against where we are headed. We WILL hold them accountable for their unspeakable cruelty.

Trump still garners headlines for his arrogant stupidity, which is just the smokescreen Stephen Miller & Russ Vought want to impose their white supremacist Project 2025. Eyes on the prize - another impeachment would be a good start. Or, an appearance before The Hague.

We went from a country that defended others from being invaded for their natural resources, to a country that is now threatening to invade others for their natural resources.

Systems of governance are only as good as the people you elect to uphold them.

So-called President likes superlatives that don't match reality: He's the most popular, has ended the most wars. But there's one area in which he truly excels (in addition to felony convictions): He is the least presidential President in our history. U don't believe this? Then u are stupid, piggy.

Breaking news, all day long, every day. But the headlines that frighten me the most are those that include the words, Supreme Court. Lower court justices, for the most part, are holding the line. But the MAGAs on the SCOTUS, you never know what the prevaricators will do in order to support FOTUS.

That Trump / Mamdani press conference was so weird. Donald was so tame, like Zohran was taking a pig for a walk.

#Trump is abusing his power.
I wish #Democrats would keep saying this.
Yes- affordability is very important but we have NEVER seen a POTUS abuse his power like we are witnessing today.

And then think of what a cornered psychopathic human being with the morals and instincts of a rat and control of over five thousand nuclear warheads would do.
This is a very dangerous moment for the country and the world. A cornered rat will do anything to escape.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

A WaPo Editorial Bd Opinion piece: "The Democratic Shutdown Gambit." Bias against holding the GOP accountable for the shutdown. Our country is about to see huge change (I trust), including MSM. They've gone too far down trump's rabbit hole to recover trust. We've now have other excellent options.

Mamdani's victory speech "marked a new era much like the 1 that had given rise to Debs himself. After more than 40 yrs in which ordinary Americans had seen the political system being stacked against them &, over time, forgotten they had agency to change it, they had woken up." Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28.

If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table.
