Our interest in such tools stems from one of our project’s key goals: using computational methods to study how models transfer across scientific domains, e. g., by generating empirical mappings that trace models’ trajectories and identify key stages in their transfer processes.

We’re excited to announce the third workshop in our series, Computational Approaches in History and Philosophy of Economics!

This online event will take place on October 9–10, exploring how computational methods can be applied in the history and philosophy of economics.

Team member Nadia Ruiz's 2nd interview for Philosophisch Gefragt. She talks about her approach to teaching Feminist Philosophy of Science, which emphasizes
epistemic authority as a key cause of the knowledge-production gap in science. Enjoy! @iphilluh.bsky.social

📢 New publication alert ✨

In her new BJPS paper, Karla Weingarten argues that a representative use of Feynman diagrams can be conceptualized as a use of Feynman diagrams as models that provide modal understanding of their associated target phenomena.
