Russians admit a deteriorating situation in Kupyansk. According to them, Ukrainian forces, using elements of multiple brigades, assault units, and SSO/GUR operators, have pushed deeper into the city, liberating new areas. Russians acknowledge they were pushed back across the Oskil River.
