Because I don’t waste enough time on social media already, thought I’d add this place to the list
It all goes on same worldwide database as Anthony Nolan, DKMS etc., but NHS one is much less fussy with age limits (speaking as someone in their mid-late 40s)

Ask to get on the NHS Bone Marrow donor while you're there - if you end up being a match you're basically sat in a bed for 6 hours doing a big blood donation, being fed tea and biscuits like Cleopatra cus you can't move your arms, and being feted as a wonderful human being. Win-win all round

1000% agree. Pretty much same reasoning for why Stay Another Day isn't a proper Christmas song - it's a song that happened to be No1 at Christmas rather than anything to do with Christmas

(Also, it winds me up, this eternal framing of tax as a raid on 'people who work hard'. Pretty much EVERYONE I KNOW fucking works hard. They are not all appropriately looked after by society.)
