Slashing Medicaid is not fiscal responsibility — it is moral failure. 1 in 5 Americans are at risk of losing their healthcare.

In the middle of the Mussolini series. No longer gonna compare Trump to Hitler. He is much more of an Il Duce. But much much more stupid of course. Not enough of a student of history to identify a world leader as dumb as Trump. Open to suggestions.

A U.S. citizen sought out a police officer for help and was detained instead.

Then the Department of Homeland Security’s official X account lied about what happened.

Yes. In a sane media environment, the bathroom ban would be the end of anyone treating 'gender critical feminists' as anything other than a hate group. It's a straightforwardly bigoted policy that imposes an insane 'solution' to a nonexistent problem.

Trump administration literally advocating DEI (for conservatives). Using the word diversity (didn't they ban that word).

Halfway through Trump Admin's letter to Harvard and already noticed that there are irreconcilable contradictions. They demand Harvard cease any hiring or admission based on any factors except merit then go on to require affirmative action in both of those areas to promote "diverse viewpoints".

Really glad for the women of Idaho . But Jesus Christ I can't believe we are even having a conversation about how close to death a woman has to be in order to get medical care. Fuck Trump. Fuck SCOTUS. Fuck the Republicans and double fuck any Democrat who votes with them.
A state judge in Idaho — which has one of the strictest abortion bans in the nation — appeared to slightly broaden access to abortion there on Friday. In situations where a mother faces risk of death, the ruling allows for abortions even when death isn’t imminent.
