At the bottom are the logos for the Arts and Humanities Research council, the Museum of the Home and the University of Westminster. Text at top left reads - Are you LGBTQIA+ or non-heterosexual? Do you have experience of darkrooms in the home or spaces that feel like home to you? If so, then this project is for you!

Probably have asked before, but does anyone know where the archives of Jan Pienkowski are held? (or if they are private?)

The other day I was at an archive and thought I had come down with a bad cold. Turns out it was just my hayfever combined with the dry air of the reading room 😭 I have heard eating honey made from bees local to you can help!

✨Home Darkroom Photos of the Day✨ Today I came across an article in the 1976 issue of "The Army Reserve" on How to build a nickel-dime photo darkroom. This particular article looked how how to build your own enlarger using 'everyday' objects including coffee cans!

This worrying as, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to perpetuate issues asserted by the supreme court ruling on the definition of a woman? Masc cis women are begin to be policed because they don't 'fit' criteria on how 'women' should look and this type of technology may reinforce this?

3RD BIRTHDAY 🎂
This weekend we celebrated three years since we opened the doors to our museum!
We’re so grateful to everyone who’s visited, donated, volunteered, and believed in our museum. Thank you for helping us preserve and uplift queer voices - now and always ❤️

Emailing Welsh archives ahead of a visit (to see the famalam). I sent off an email to one asking if they knew of any collections that may be relevant to my research and then I realised, I am in that archive. I am the relevant (albeit it tiny and probably not accessioned properly) collection.

Featuring curators, photojournalists, and artist-photographers, including Lebohang Kganye - great that it's available online, and those lucky to attend in person can also see current exhibitions by Carrie Mae Weems and the well-reviewed 'American Photography' show. 📜📷📸
