Saves make games more fun and more inclusive. They allowed for a better relationship with the game. But hardcore mode still exists and it’s fun, if you can choose it.

But we still use hard mode at work sometimes.

Analyst relations are a perfect example of the reality where you can't just dictate stuff to people. You need to have the relationship built, the interpersonal trust, to advocate for solutions/tech choices/whatever to people. And that's soft skills. #monktoberfest
