Friends, some advice if you plan on spending time outside in an animal costume, sharing for no particular reason:

-You will sweat a lot more than you think. Have water/snacks

Both W.E.B. Du Bois and Paul Robeson had their passports revoked for political speech and were prevented from traveling.

As a scholar and a performer, they each had to rely on friends and mutual aid to support their families because retaliation affected their livelihood.
