as far as I am concerned liberalism/totalitarianism is a different dimension on the graph to both monarchism/democracy and communism/capitalism, and though they are all related, it is all completely non-linear

The abuse in my school was endemic and a blind eye turned to too much of it, but at least it wasn't encouraged as part of the tradition.
