I'll take weekly "Your two year old kid had a meltdown at daycare, what do?" calls over getting a full night's sleep no more than twice a month.

The response to the protests at UCLA were more complete expressions of classical fascism than anything the Trump administration has yet offered. There were literal non-state paramilitary formations cracking heads.

Or maybe rather than banning overtime, you remove "exempt" employees as an FLSA category. Everyone who does overtime gets time and a half or more, regardless of their role. I think, in that world, employers will care much less about whether they are hiring a parent or likely parent.
