10 years on from the Paris Agreement, my message for fossil fuel companies is clear: get on board with a green future, or get left behind.

London is leading the way, now we need businesses and governments around the world to step up.
Zero carbon London
The Mayor has set ambitious aims for London to be a zero carbon city by 2030. Read about the work he is doing to achieve this.

To be clear: the new, near-exclusive emphasis on natural causes of climate change on the U.S. EPA's website is now completely out of synch with all available evidence demonstrating overwhelming human influence on contemporary warming trends.

Doing a racism is expensive stuff.
Government has now - belatedly -published the impact assessment for the changes to skilled worker and care worker visas announced in May.

Impact is estimated between -£2 billion and £-10 billion (central - £10 billion).

The fine is in the "100s of millions of Euros."

A UN Environment Programme satellite watches for super-emitter events of methane (the main component of natural gas and a fast/potent greenhouse gas) and alerts the people responsible. Out of 3,500+ alerts since 2022, UNEP "documented 25 cases of mitigation action."

That's a 0.7% action rate. 🤦

The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

An FOI has shown he’s sent 2, TWO emails since May!

He’s attended just 1 meeting (in Sept) since elected.
