It told me I was 77, because I watched Sinners earlier this year and then spent a couple of months listening to VERY old blues. 💀 And I have a bunch of Motown artists on regular rotation which doesn't exactly make me look youthful.

I think that the next season could focus on the push towards the outer planets using the new resources, plus search for life on Mars they started developing in season 4.
And yeah, I miss Tracy and Gordo, but I most definitely won't miss their kids...

The time skips are the best and the worst thing about this show. They move the story to a brand new crisis point, with context changing in interesting ways. But the show has no clue what to do with the aging main characters and doesn't develop equally interesting replacements. Ed is what, 90?

I'm still buying physical books when I can, and I really enjoy all the funky and vibrant design choices I see in those games. But some games I can only get on PDF and I have a hard time playing them using digital materials only. 😞

If your game has a whole page of black text on hot orange background, PLEASE give me the version I can print out for personal use without murdering my printer. I can even get orange paper!

I don't know a lot about FR, but the Sword Coast was always the most bland part for me. I played in several local AL games set around the Moonsea, and what little I saw was much more interesting to me!

I'm fairly sure I could get most of them, as long as they didn't know they were about to be in a fight. I have the physical prowess of a wet noodle, but I don't think even someone built like Chris Evans is immune to a sudden and unexpected table leg to the back of the head.

The hot take part is that this is BY DESIGN. To make sure that people stick with D&D and don't realize it's poorly designed and poorly explained.

If D&D players tried other TTRPGs, they would get much better at playing D&D, or stop playing D&D completely. They don't try other TTRPGs, because D&D teaches you that learning a new game is hard and takes a long time.

I had a great time running Mothership and Brindlewood Bay for people unfamiliar with those systems. Setup, rules explanation and character creation take literally half an hour.

Got it. Found the same advice in the deep dive videos by Chris McDowall, so I guess I'll just hand them a stack of post-its and some red string, and let them figure it out. 😅

Lol, my question is literally answered within the first 2 minutes of part 4. 😂 Chris says - the Knights should not know which Myths they are seeking, they should figure out which rumor is an Omen and which Myth it connects to.

Knowing my players there's very little chance of us being faster. 😅 They enjoy roleplaying and exploring, so a well-populated hex map with curious rumors will keep them busy (and easily distracted).
