The Worcester Public Library in Massachusetts announced that people who have lost or damaged a book can bring a picture of a cat this month to one of its branches and get their library cards reactivated. The program, which it calls March Meowness, has generated hundreds of returns.
Library Fees? No Problem. Just Show Us Your Cat Photos.
A program this month encourages library patrons in Worcester, Mass., who have lost or damaged books or other items to reactivate their accounts. All they need is a picture of a cat.

From the underside of the leaf on which Kokedama-chan sits, you can feel someone's hot gaze. The plant's name is "Oinufuguri" in Japanese, and the name means "dog's testicles. It's a terrible sense of naming.
