I have strong opinions about TTRPGs, Tabletop miniatures games, and stupidly expensive cars that I'll never even stand next to.

Cats love me, which is a curse because I don't have the means to keep them.

#3dPrinting lets me have fun props for my #TTRPG, like these cars I‘m putting together for #CyberpunkRed.

The one in front is a smaller type, known in Australian as a ute, painted pale grey with black wheel arch flares and lower trim. The one at the back, still naked translucent green resin, is a larger American pickup truck type with four doors. A painted miniature stands between the two to offer a sense of scale.

Because I don’t have anywhere like enough hobbies yet, I’m giving custom dice making a go…

This should be enough to call a full set for Cyberpunk Red.

It took me about nine hours to do, and nearly… let’s not count how many years, actually… to get around to, but I’ve finished a whole jigsaw puzzle for the first time in my life.

Two hours in, and I’ve almost found all the edge pieces.

Had a couple of “aha” moments along the way, so some of the interior has been dealt with, too.

I was feeling a bit alonely, so I did some baking

Like many miniatures gamers, I did my time with #Warhammer #40k. Here are some Land Speeders from my Dark Angels army.

I’m particularly fond of the two old style ones, which have been with me since I was still at school and were made from whatever bits I could scrounge up.
Two Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Land Speeders in the 1995 Ravenwing design, made from cardboard, foam, plastic model kit bits, and Space Crusade figure parts, painted in the colours of the Dark Angels 2nd Company. A 1998 Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Land Speeder model, built in the Tornado configuration with Assault cannon under the chin and Heavy Bolter on the pintle mount, painted in the colours of the Dark Angels 2nd Company.

As well as painting miniatures for #TTRPGs and #wargaming, I do a pretty terrible job of designing models for #3dPrinting.

Here are a couple of examples waiting for me to actually set the printers going.

This one has been coloured white and blue-grey. 3d model of a retro style double decker bus, inspired by the iconic london busses of the 1950s and 1960s. The upper deck is covered by a clear bubble dome.

The best TTRPG character I ever played was a Gamma World Felinoid/Rat Swarm, in a friend's Christmas themed one shot game.

I was playing a swarm of cats given as a gift but abandoned when they became too much hassle to keep.

Don't give living creatures as gifts, people.

Just don't.

Some miniatures I’ve painted for #CyberpunkRed #CombatZone.

These are the first of my Zoners.
