Alex Pretti wasn’t going to a protest when he was executed. He was a legal observer exercising his 1st A right to record ICE/CBP illegal activities in his city. He was helping 2 other observers get off the ground after a CBP thug shoved them when they grabbed, pepper sprayed, beat & murdered him.

Make no mistake - these orders came straight from Steven Miller and Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend.

We also need to see the DHS General Counsel’s legal opinion claiming that the 4th Amendment did not require ICE to obtain a judicial warrant before entering people’s homes without their consent.

I’m hoping most if not all of the Eighth Circuit judges have lived or spent substantial time in the Twin Cities and around the state and are appalled by the lawlessness they’re seeing from ICE et al.

Simply Dems can be both warriors for working people *and* patriotic defenders of democracy/freedom. Those counseling "message discipline" on inflation/health care are wrong. It's not what the data tells us now, and it makes us look timid, weak. 8/
