I do remember thinking this ended up a hot mess, and looking back at the feedback I received the judges agreed. It didn't advance, and it has languished in my files since February 2023.

The HHS rule banning trans care from many ACA plans is open for public comment now. Only 3 comments so far.
Embarrassing how the media is completely ignoring this. There's likely over 200,000 trans people on ACA plans (1% of 24 million)

Whatever they'll do to trans people, they'll do to you...BUT WHY DO YOU NEED TO BE DIRECTLY THREATENED IN ORDER TO CARE? A human being is a human being. The trans community is made up of human beings who have every right to the same respect and care that you want for yourself 1/?
