He was 70 minutes late to this planned Presser. The participants stood there waiting for him during that time. His appearance was brief, and as he "walked", there were visible leg(s) problem. His mobility appears weakened. He is in bad health. And they can't hide it.

Of the 4000 researchers at NIH, only 20% are tenured. They’re going to fire all the rest as their contracts come up for renewal, absolutely decimating research at the NIH. This is catastrophic, not just for Americans, but for the whole world.
