My grandpa was born in the US to German parents. He had younger cousins who were in Hitler youth in Germany. Decades later I talked with some of them about it (with the ruthless candor of youth). Why did you do that? What were you thinking? What they described was a lot like this.
Happening now: Texas leaders announcing a rollout of a statewide program to put TPUSA chapters in high schools and colleges across the state. Gov. Abbott adds that schools that stand in the way should be reported to the Texas Education Agency.

A huge, well earned victory. Not only against the Trump administration, but against the old fogey capitalist establishment Democrats who refused to support him until they had to. There can be no denying now that the party demands younger, and truly liberal, leadership. Congrats Zohran!

Ok, this has always bothered me: why are all werewolf Halloween decorations and costumes wearing flannel and jeans? Am I supposed to believe that there are an inordinate amount of lumberjacks and Portland acoustic rock front-men in the Pacific Northwest being bitten by werewolves?
