Today’s autumn warmer is an easy one. Slow cooked lentil chilli. Everything in the slow cooker, add ground coriander, cumin, chilli powder (as you like) plus salt and pepper. Optional ketchup and veg stock to sweeten/loosen if needs be. So easy, very healthy, nice and tasty.

One thing I cannot emphasize enough in these benighted times is that NO ONE who is not a US Citizen should be crossing the US Border in either direction unless they have no other choice.
