I think it's a perception that was created because some artists word their "won't draw" lists with a very negative / aggressive tone. It's why I include a tidbit that I won't draw everything but will also not judge people for asking & ask that my boundaries are respected in turn 🤷‍♂️

Being proship just means I won't harass you or insinuate you're a sex criminal over the shit you're into, it doesn't mean I want to look at/actively create fanworks containing those kinks.

I didn't think I should have to say this, but having a "Won't Draw" list on a commission sheet is NOT "being an anti"
Actively drawing something is very different than politely ignoring it, and refusing to draw some taboos is a PERFECTLY REASONABLE BOUNDARY

A huge group of people are in a giant hole in the middle of a rolling field. There is a large sign with an arrow pointing to the hole that says "HOLE." Suddenly the group's attention turns to a new hole, complete with a giant sign with an arrow pointing to it that says "NEW HOLE." One person points to the new hole and says "hey look!
