A tech geek masquerading as a museum professional.
For what it's worth, 3 lessons learned from recent election results history:

1. Run younger candidates that know how to communicate.
2. Run on a couple of easy to understand issues. Not larger issues with nuances.
3. Hammer the same points again and again.

Truth
It’s really strange how Trump figured out that Executive Orders are basically “longer tweets that drive giant media attention” and the media hasn’t figured it’s being played each time they report on these as if it’s Moses coming down the Mount with stone tablets.
DC is uniquely vulnerable and we really need all of you with State representation to join us in pushing back against what promises to be a ton of cruel and unnecessary actions: www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/...

This is more important than you realize. Bluesky doesn’t downgrade links. Which means news sites will get more traffic from here than other sites.

Which gives them economic reasons to post here first.
Bluesky says it is now sending referral traffic through its "go" subdomain to make it easier for publishers to track the traffic coming from the social network (Sarah Perez/TechCrunch)

This Barb Wire Dove Gradient screen print is based on the Peace Dove, a motif I've used in several iterations over the years, because as an icon, the dove is internationally recognized as a symbol of peace, making it ideal as a communication tool. With the wars going on in the world, a message of peace is more important now than ever.

We need our Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums (GLAM) to step up. Our shared humanity must move outside of our trapped silos and into new areas of our communities. It's time for the summer of glam to crash into us for restorative empathy and dignity centeredness.
