I don't think its too much to ask them to hold the same standards as other law enforcement. Follow the Constitution. Seems like a no brainer to me. #4thAmendment
Good. "But DHS isn't just ICE, it's also..." nope, wrong. DHS no longer serves any useful functions, the whole thing has been reassigned to repression. FEMA isn't even paying out to states. All DHS does is shooting, teargassing, facial recognition, and administrative warrants. Shut it down.

This morning ICE attempted to enter into the Ecuadorian consulate on Central Ave but were barred from entering. I spoke with Ambassador Yanez this afternoon and they want to make sure the Ecuadorian community knows it’s still safe to come to the consulate.

Koh: Trump has now spent $30 billion from the last bill for 10,000 more I.C.E. Agents that are going to be on the streets. That $30 billion would cover all the ACA subsidies for a year. It would eliminate all co-pays for prescription drugs for people from a year, and eliminate all medical debt.

ICE agents deployed chemicals irritants and left a crash scene after ramming a man’s car and questioning his citizenship.
The man and his wife, both US citizens, said the whole incident started because ICE agents profiled him for being Hispanic.
“Just because I look Hispanic,” said Christian Molina, 40 — a phrase he kept repeating to reporters.
Molina said he and his wife, who live in Coon Rapids with four children, were driving separately to a car mechanic early Monday afternoon. He said he was driving south on 36th Street when he made eye contact with ICE agents in a vehicle poking out from an alley.
The agents immediately started chasing him, he said. He did not comply initially and kept moving, but eventually pulled over near the intersection of E 35th Street and Park Avenue.
The ICE agents rammed their car against Molina’s rear driver side of the car, he said. He said the agents were aggressive and demanded he show papers. He refused.
“You cannot just stop people by their look,” he said.
