Honestly, I think we really should just stop paying them until they actually start fulfilling the duties for which they were initially hired.

It takes a special type of person to care for a family member or someone they don't even know. These special people deserve to be paid what they deserve and the benefits for the outstanding services they provide.
More and more people in the U.S. are aging without the proper support for caregivers. We deserve a better care system—one where care is affordable, care workers get paid better wages, and everyone can receive care they need.
