What did this cult do to me?
It made me fear everything it made me doubt myself.
below are my deep thoughts on my pain and past.
The one I loved got cancer and died. They used that death to hold me hostage. That's why I am angry that's why I have fear and anxiety.

Moving forward I am going to remember that I am enough on my own, that my life has value and I don't need a cult to approve of me or my life to be happy!
