I know I feel like these are some of the root causes of my anxiety. It was so beautiful to see them burn up. Now the hard part is to put in the work to unlearn the fear and anxiety caused by this cult.

That was the most important thing to me. I have to trust in myself and make my own path. Growing up and being taught that your heart is bad and can't be trusted damages you more than you realize. Learning to blaze my own path and decide for myself what direction to go.

It's been a journey, it's been nice to have a new community that understands this journey.

Loosing my faith and hope is the only thing that actually saved me. I have never been happier in my life knowing that whatever time I have is what I have. I make every moment count these days. And everyday is truly a gift. I definitely live life to the full everyday
