All morning I've been hearing folks refer to last night's plane collision as an "accident," & have to wonder if it's intentional. Words matter. "Accident" is absolutely not an appropriate word to use here. #crashnotaccident
“At this point, we don’t believe there are any survivors from this accident,” D.C. Fire Chief John Donnelly said Thursday at a news conference, adding that rescue teams have recovered 27 bodies from the plane and one body from the helicopter.
