As a diabetic the concept of intuitive eating has been great.
I eat when I’m hungry. I stop when I’m full and feel energized. If I feel like I need carbs, I eat them. Sugar is an allowance that I try to spend wisely.
It’s been better than any diet I’ve tried to follow 😅
