"[N]ever send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee."

Judge Kasubhai 2/5/26: "The presumption of regularity that has been previously extended to Plaintiff [U.S. government] that it could be taken at its word—with little doubt about its intentions and stated purposes—no longer holds."

"Let it be told to the future world, that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive, that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet and to repulse it."

selected NYT journos pandering in 11/23/16 interview w/Trump -- see www.nytimes.com/2016/11/23/u...

I remember seeing the NYT promoting Maggie Haberman, as its seeming 'fair haired reporter' in Trump 1.0 but *not* disclosing that her mother worked for Kushner or that MH was buds w/Roger Stone.

"On behalf of a grateful Congress..."

The law enacted in 2022 *required* the plaque to be installed by March, 2023. Nobody has the right to defy this law.

Permission? NONE necessary. Cowardice? BOTH sides of the aisle.

This is *real* pushing back. The law required the Jan 6 plaque be hung 2 yrs ago. You waited for GOP coop instead of hanging the plaque yourselves.

Whenever I want to rant about AI, I console myself with this:

If you asked the average Philly guy if they liked "AI", they'd probably think you were talking about Allen Iverson.
