DO PEOPLE NOT REALIZE THAT WHEN A PERSON WHO SUFFERS FROM A CHRONIC ILLNESS SAYS THEYRE TIRED, THE RESPONSE “oh just go to bed earlier” IS NOT THE APPROPRIATE ANSWER. and when i say that it’s not that simple your answer should not be “it’s not that big of a deal”

you know what i don’t understand? when people will actively go out of their way to make food a certain way knowing that you won’t be able to handle it. and don’t get me wrong. i can handle spicy foods. but the spice with this specific meal?? literally had me gasping for air the first time i tried it
