Following successful deployments, this will complete the 587th overall mission for a Falcon 9 rocket and was SpaceX’s fourth mission of 2026.

Later, NASA confirmed it was "actively evaluating all options, including the possibility of an earlier end to Crew-11’s mission", suggesting that the affected astronaut is a SpaceX Crew-11 crew member.
