they redact the files the way they would in response to a FOIA request then claim that it's because of classification, even though the stuff is marked UNCLASSIFIED. But because there's no clear mechanism for challenges to redactions in administrative proceedings, they know they can get away with it.

It has its moments. It would be more interesting if the stuff they redacted from the public file weren't completely unclassified, like my own clients' names.

Not kidding. CIA is the worst. They take advantage of the fact that you don't have an easy way to challenge their redactions so ...

Presidential records can't be FOIAed for at least 5 years after the end of the Administration.

And ngl, I don't mind watching the show with the girls. It's a well done show. I may make fun of it but Lauren Faust is very good at her job. It's enjoyable.
