When I was interim chair, I know that it was true for my department. If you are looking for an example I should be able to find something for you. Also IR at some public schools might have this.

My campus more worried about ICE raids and protecting students, staff, and faculty. I am a little isolated in my new position but ICE raids and protecting students was our whole department meeting on Tuesday.
