How did Canada’s new PM delete the carbon tax without Parliament being in session? It’s being asked here. Answer:
1) The carbon tax law passed in 2018 says rates can be amended by executive order, in an “order in council”. Relevant portion attached here:

New research of megalodon skeletons shows the creature probably had a slender elongated body, offering some insight into gigantism and the evolution of especially large body sizes in the ocean. 🧪
