He is high needs meaning he needs help with everything through out the day. I'm disabled myself. I have long covid which mostly entails POTs, uterine fibroids and chronic fatigue. But there are a lot of things my body struggles to do now which make it hard for me to work. When I was last working I ended up in the ER from overworking my body and decided it was best for me to stay home especially since my disabled child was already struggling so much with the caretaker he had at the time. I also have a trans child so we live in California where it's safest for her and my family in general as two of us are disabled. I'm working towards getting on disability at the moment as well as exploring options to be paid to be my son's caregiver as his behavior gets worse when I'm not the one caring for him. We have no where to run. No help. Food pantry isn’t well stocked and often out of food staples. We need heat. I’m exhausted. I’m disabled. I take care of four kids including my special needs child until 2 am because he struggles with sleep. I am stretched thin and just need help. please I’m begging

my best friend Meraki is currently in a dire, life-or-death situation. she has been spontaneously told without prior notice that she only has until the end of the year to move out of her current shelter. she is disabled and has been in a situation like this before due to her abusive parents, but she was given a place to live by people she thought she could trust and confide in. these people have proceeded to break every promise of safety in her new "home", and at times, she was only surviving through a spoonful of peanut butter per day just to have calorie intake. despite repeated confrontations about this neglect to provide comfort, her pleas have been ignored and she is now being kicked out. she has one week to begin the process of leaving before the eviction process is started. she has no stable income, only being able to earn cash through infrequent commissions. i will put a donation link in the replies. if you know someone who can take her in for at least a little while, message me.
