We stand against any attempts to abusively redraw the electoral districts in our states. Diluting minority representation in an unplanned and opaque gerrymandering violates the Voting Rights Act, regardless of what political party would seek to impose it.

NEW: A dozen House Democrats are suing Trump administration officials, alleging that ICE has prevented them from conducting oversight on federal immigration detention facilities and encroached on their constitutional authority to oversee the executive branch.
