The danger of doing nothing on the legislative front, right now that is, is that the administration is going into overdrive, plunging headlong towards declaring a totalitarian state by subordinating the federal law enforcement apparatus, then the military, then the intelligence community.

This is the state of voter suppression in NC: Any lawsuit that uses gerrymandering as a cause of action will fail in the GOP courts, so in order to litigate we have to come up with 'novelty' causes of action. Accusing the GOP of cheating?
