This is quite incredible. The US Justice Dept, under Trump, is defending its birthright citizenship Order by arguing that immigrant children covered by the Order cannot be citizens because... the children of Native Americans aren't US citizens.

A special privilege&joy to second chair @NAGZelinsky’s 1st Supreme Court argument, and to do it alongside the great ZoeJacoby, my former @HoganLovells researcher (also her first SCOTUS argument). We represented the family of a driver who was shot and killed by a police officer.
